  • Why Is Everything On Your Website "All Sales Final?"

We are a small family based business that is trying to offer, especially during a post pandemic recovery economy & worldwide inflation period of increased costs to us, the best competitive online ecommerce pricing of a variety of goods to our customers the best as we can. All of our items will be inspected upon being received, then again when listed for sale on the website, then a third time when ready to be fulfilled & shipped to pass our quality control. We have been in the ecommerce industry for 5 years & have learned & seen a lot of changes. However, as we grow, we are looking to consider many other options such as Warranties on our products, return & exchange possibilities. Thank you for your understanding & patience as we are growing & evolving our home based business.

    • What Is The Difference Between A Fissure & A Crack?

    A Fissure is a naturally occurring characteristic in some stones & gemstones that appears to look like a "crack" or fracture in its appearance in the stone. It is part of the nature of the way the stone is formed through its existence as part of its creation as a resource on the planet. A Crack is a flaw that can lead to additional damage and cause the stone to possibly break. Fissures will be very common in many of the items we sell & we will always quality control items for sale to determine the difference between selling the nature vs. flawed item on our website.

    • What Is The Difference Between A Natural Stone Or Gemstone With Many Individual Characteristics & A Homogeneous Stone Or Gemstone?

    Some stones or gemstones have many different characteristic tone lines, features, & color variations from one stone or cutting of that stone to the next. Many times it is referred to in the industry as being uniquely "One Of A Kind". Many of the items we sell will have color variations from one stone to the next. A Homogeneous Stone Or Gemstone will have the same consistent color variations or tones within the same general pattern & stone sampling lot. We will be sure to highlight in each listing if a stone & the items of that stone we are selling contain Many Individual Characteristics from one stone to another to ensure the buyer is not surprised of these variations when received, especially if more than one of the items is purchased.

    • Do you Provide Receipts, Packing Slips, Or Printed Copies Of Sales or Invoices?

    Where we are a small family business, due to costs associated with this type of service, we are unable to provide any printed materials at this time. Please keep track of all purchases on check out as all purchases will send confirmations to either a phone or email. We are always looking to reevaluate this possibility as our business grows

    • How Soon After Purchasing Will You Fulfill & Ship My Purchase?

    We have notoriously shipped items same day, next business day, or more rarely within 3 business days of purchase. Where we are a small family business, we may have unexpected situations, vacations, or events in which we will make an announcement at the top of our website on the Announcement Bar. If we anticipate being away for a longer period of time, we will be implementing a lock down of the website without entering a password agreeing to delayed shipment dates & times. We are always looking to reevaluate this timing as our business grows.

    • Do you Provide A History Of My Purchases Upon Request?

    Any purchase you make is logged in a history profile if you have created an account. We will be unable to provide a history of purchases. Please keep track of all purchases on check out as all purchases will be sent confirmations to either a entered phone number or email. We also recommend creating an account on our website to keep track of your purchases. We are always looking to reevaluate this possibility as our business grows.

    • Why Was My Order Cancelled?

    We will try to be extremely detailed when keeping track of inventory. However, as a small family business, from time to time human mistakes do occur and an item may not able to be fulfilled & shipped. Perhaps a third check of a quality control inspection has occurred & something is noticed. You will be notified by email. We are unable to offer exchanges, or comparable offerings for record keeping, so the order will be simply cancelled and a refund of the amount paid will return to the original form of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your original form of payment to be notified & please contact them for any questions or concerns, as we would not be affiliated to any payment processing companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Payments or any other current or future payment processing service. We anticipate cancelations of orders to be extremely rare.

    • Do You Offer Returns Or Exchanges?

    Where we are a small family business, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time, we are always looking to evaluate this as our business grows.

    • Is Sales Tax Included?

    Where we are a small family business, Sales Tax is included in the purchase on our website at this time. However, this can always be subject to change by many different state & federal Sales Tax laws governed by many different municipality laws that may be changing in the future at any given time. 

    • Do You Provide Shipping Insurance & Damage Protection?

    All of our basic shipping is USPS First Class shipping and this option does not provide insurance or damage protection. We offer an additional choice of Priority With Insurance at check out for $10.95 USD. Please choose this option if you feel this is needed additional protection for your package. As a small family business, once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays by the shipping service, damage during shipping or theft upon shipping or delivery.

    • Do You Price Match To Other Similar Or Comparable Goods Found On The Internet?

    Where we are a small family business, we are unable to offer price matches for items found at stores or other websites on the internet at this time, we are always looking to evaluate this as our business grows.

    • What If An Item I Purchased Before Or Saw On The Website Before, Or Was Posted To A Social Media Post Is Gone & I can't Purchase It Again?

    We are always looking to try to provide as many items as possible at the best pricing we can possibly sell them for. Prices fluctuate for many goods & services in the ecommerce industry & unfortunately we can't guarantee if we can repurchase or reorder the item again at a comparable price or if at all again. The ecommerce industry moves rapidly with new or redesigned changes on a previous item all the time. Once the item has Sold Out the item will be deleted & a 404 http error will occur, showing the item is delisted for good from the website. Overall, we will generally have small quantities of items, to help make them limited edition & more rare to the customer who is purchasing the item. We will again, always try to list any new acquired items as soon as possible.

    • Will You Or What Brands Do You Carry On Your Website?

    All of the Brands are currently listed on our website. We are always looking to add, create or develop more that are available in the ecommerce industry. Where we are a small family business, we are however, only able to offer a given number of many different brands at a time, to be able to accommodate sales & service time alignments that may need to be required for different Brands, in accordance with their own requests, needs or requirements. We reserve the right to start, end, liquidate, or put on clearance any "Brand" at any time.

    • Will You Refund Me Or Honor a Discount If I Made a Purchase Before Or After A Discount Has Started Or Ended?

    Where we are a small family business, we are unable to offer refunds, discounts, future credits, or coupons to a previous, current or future order. We are always looking to evaluate any new software or technology that is invented to possibly change any of our policies as our business grows.

    • Do You Offer a Resizing Or Jewelry Repair Service?

    Where we are a small family business, we are unable to offer a repair or resizing service at this time. We would recommend contacting a local jeweler. We are always looking to evaluate any new software or technology that is invented to possibly change any of our policies as our business grows.

    • Do You Offer a Warranty, Item Lost or Damaged After Purchase Insurance Or Replacement Service?

    Where we are a small family business, we are unable to offer Warranty, Replacement, Repair Or Insurance for Damage, Theft,  or Loss of items purchased on our website. It is possible some of the Brands that we are currently carrying may offer their own separate Warranty, Replacement & Exchange Service & we can contact them for more information & follow up with your request as soon as possible. We are always looking to evaluate any new software, Insurance or technology that is invented to possibly change any of our policies as our business grows.

    • Do You Offer International Shipping?

    We are not offering International Shipping on our website here at this time. Where we are a small family business & have offered International Shipping in the past, the International Shipping landscape for rules, regulations, taxes, import duties, shipping & freight costs are ever changing. We are always looking to evaluate any new software, Insurance or technology that is invented to possibly change any of our policies as our business grows.

    • Where Are Your Products Made?

    We will inform you on each listing for "Aleta" where the products are made. The other brands we list may make their items in different locations. Many stone products & jewelry pieces are made around our beautiful planet & we are enjoying giving credit to many designers & artists, where 7 when we are available to.

    • Are Your Items Brand New With Original Tags & Packaging?

    All of our items from all of our brands & vendors are brand new & never worn. A few minutes of display modeling for picture taking may be needed. If we start a "Used" or "Preowned' Section we will be sure to indicate this in the listing.

    • Why Are There Price Fluctuations Between One Stone or Gemstone or Jewelry Piece To The Next?

    As mentioned above many stone, gemstone & jewelry pieces are made around our wonderful planet. Price fluctuations can vary between stone or metal or even processing used on one item to the very next. Some very specific stone specimens are much more rarer in existence on Earth than others. Generally more research on the internet may provide more information.

    • What Are The Types Of Stones On Your Website & Are They Natural?

    We will add an ongoing list of stones & gemstones we list on our website with information in regards to if they are natural or synthetic. These are general details & facts provided to us by many of the vendors we have business transactions with, many of them in the jewelry industry for decades. Generally more research can be found on the internet to different processed used on different stones.

    • Who Is Treasures Of Aleta?

    We have been in business selling stone, gemstone, Silver & Gold jewelry plus ecommerce Gifts & Collectibles for 5 going on 6 years now. We are not, nor do we claim to be Certified Gemologists, however it is a goal to achieve in the future. Jen started researching about the ecommerce industry for a class project while finishing her Master's of Business Administration Degree in 2017 at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine. We have traveled together to some of the largest & leading industry vendor & trade shows in Tucson, Arizona & Las Vegas, Nevada since 2019. We have met, purchased from, learned from many vendors from around our Country & World.

    • How Do We Contact You?

    We have several email submission forms on our website. Where we are a small family business & can be very busy at times with many business tasks, we may need 3 to 5 business days for a return response, especially during peak, promotional & holiday times. We encourage all communication for a response in regards to orders to be sent through the submission form or the email address provided. While we encourage suggestions, feedback, recommendations & ideas, we are unable to promise a return correspondence to some of these inquiries due to the sheer volume of these types of inquiries received on many different types of business platforms, however we will do the best we can to try to accommodate these for future business changes & implementations. Social Media contacts such as inboxing & Messenger are not always monitored & are discouraged as email provides the best resource for organized & efficient replies, especially if research and/or repeated communication is needed.
